Hi @"paultopia", have you tried the steps in the earlier post to see see if this helps?
-
Thanks for the confirmation. I've sent you an email, please could you reply to it as soon as possible!
-
Thanks for the info, would it be possible to contact you at the email associated with your forum profile to investigate this in more detail?
-
Hi @"revmlt", you can pause syncing by following the steps in this article. Let me know if you need any more info!
-
Hi @"yvettescott", I'm still a little confused on how you are 'editing' the file. Are you downloading the files after uploading from the site? Please attach a screenshot to your forum post, on how the form looks like before with the editable fields and after uploading to Dropbox, showing where you can't edit.…

Hi @"Khaled Yassin", what error do you get when you attempt to login to the account? Were you part of a Dropbox Business team?
-
As this is referring to an API request, I've moved your request to the API forum for the team there to assist.

Hi @"ftavp", thanks for posting today! Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. This will help me assist further!
-
Hi @"gobenavides", thanks for messaging the Community! Are you experiencing this on all files on your account? How much free quota do you have left on this page? Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even…

Hi @"taricco", @"yar1vn", the Family plan offers 2 TB shared for up to 6 family members, with a shared family folder, and would cost the equivalent of 2 Dropbox Plus plans under one bill. Upgrading 6 separate accounts to Plus would cost more than one Family plan, although they each would have full access to their own 2 TB…
-
Hi @"abcdefgarin", could you try rebooting your device to see if this helps?
-
Hi @"RudyVDW", thanks for messaging the Community! Currently, it isn't possible to sync an external drive to Dropbox, without using the Dropbox folder or the Dropbox desktop application. However, there may be a third party app or service that can help with this matter. Additionally, you'd need to use selective sync again…

No worries, @"mokh", if you need any more info, please let me know. Enjoy your weekend!

If you didn't use Dropbox since October 2014, then you wouldn't have any backups on Dropbox since that date. Since you switched to an iPhone, is it possible that they could be located on iCloud?
-
If the files aren't visible on the events page, then it means that any changes were made over 6 months ago, meaning the files could have been deleted a while ago, if this is the same account you have been using since 2014. Due to this, it wouldn't be possible to recover any files from Dropbox. Since you've stopped using…
-
Hi @"EllieLew", you can check your deleted files page to see if you can recover any deleted files, assuming they were deleted within the last 30 days. Do you see any deletion events related to the missing images?
-
Hi @"mokh", are you certain that they've installed the Dropbox desktop application, under the same email address you invited them to? As per @"Rich", try checking the status of your referral and let us know what you see!
-
Hi @"Morgan101010", could you check if the timezone is correct on the Dropbox site from the previous link @"Daphne" provided?
-
This would be the reason then, since you can only have one permission for shared folders. Subfolders in shared folders can't have different permissions, unless they're in a team folder on a paid Dropbox Business team. The best method would be to have them as separate shared folders, so each shared folder could have their…

Hi everyone, I've checked again regarding your concerns and have the following information on the telemetry domain. Using our Telemetry alias, we do not gather any data that is related to GDPR. The data gathered through this alias is user and device agnostic. This alias primarily reports error logs to our team to better…
-
Hi @"juerg", I'd need some more clarification to understand your structure. Are these all individual Dropbox accounts with their own emails, and the folders are shared to each user? Are these all different shared folders, or just subfolders in the main shared folder? If the folders are not subfolders, then you should be…
-
Hi @"PhantomRick", this is due to a recent change in the Android app, which you can see more details about here.
-
Hi @"MBernhardt", an alias wouldn't be able to sync another folder into the Dropbox folder, including the computer backup folders. It won't sync to another machine for that reason.
-
What browser have you been using that was unable to view the Dropbox site correctly? Is it one of the recommend browsers here?
-
Hi @"Albwal", have you tried the steps provided in the previous messages to see if they help?
-
Hi @"Christopher1020", if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and then reinstalling it to see if this helps?
-
Okay, so the PDF document appears on the site as a PDF document, so it isn't converted from another filetype. Could you clarify where the issue is exactly? Are you trying to edit the file via a shared link? Are you logged into your own account? Does the file download without the fillable fields?
-
Please could you attach a screenshot showing exactly what your browser is showing? Does the mouse wheel or trackpad on your device not allow you to scroll down?
-
Thanks for the info. Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Hi @"Clzufall", thanks for posting today! I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you experiencing this on the Dropbox site or the desktop or mobile app? Any info you can provide would be great!
