After some brief research, this appears to be an error related to connecting to Microsoft Intune. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling Excel to see if this helps.

Hi @"HaseebMIT", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Is your mobile owned by a company or managed by one? Is this for any Excel file on your device? This will help me to assist further!

If you click the Dropbox icon in the system tray, have you tried searching for the file from there by clicking the magnifying glass icon?
-
Hi @"jessifishman", could you clarify what you mean by 'search' for the files? Are you searching in Explorer itself? How exactly do you download the files from Dropbox? If the files are syncing via the app, you shouldn't get any option to replace the file, since it does so automatically.
-
Hi @"LabNave", this is possible by clicking the ^ button on the system tray, and then dragging the Dropbox icon to the tray. This would work for any icon there as it's a Windows setting.

If the files aren't visible on the deleted files page, then it means that it wouldn't be possible to recover them. This would be the same for the support team when attempting to recover files. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

If you're not seeing the missing files on the deleted files page, then there's a few possibilities as to why this might be the case: * They were on a shared folder you don't have access to any more * The files were deleted outside of the 30 day period * The files were permanently deleted When was the last time you accessed…

We do appreciate the feedback on how to improve the Dropbox service. While I can't comment about the security implications of third party applications that connect to Dropbox, you could try contacting the developer of those apps regarding the analytics and if they could be disabled somehow.

Hi @"mamacholina", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you try reinstalling the desktop app, without uninstalling it first, from this page? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"BeckyO", thanks for bringing this to our attention. In order to understand exactly what you're seeing, could you attach a screenshot showing this behavior on your device? Could you also let me know what version of Windows you're running? This will help me to assist further!

Hi @"NathanL", thanks for messaging today. Currently, the official integration for Adobe is primarily for PDF files, which can be found here. At the bottom of that article, it does mention that certain Adobe formats stored in Dropbox can be previewed on the site and apps. What kind of extension or implementation are you…

Your team folder should now be a shared folder following the end of support for free teams. If you're not seeing it on your account, try checking the sharing tab and add the folder back to your account.
-
Hi @"Doug14", were you files located in personal folders or a team folder? Do you see any recent events or deleted files from the account?
-
Hi @"radu-dnl", thanks for posting today! Currently, there isn't an option to change the user agent on the Dropbox site. If you wish, you can suggest this change for others to vote on, so the dev team can look into this in future!
-
Hi @"theschwanke", you should have received an email regarding the ending of support for free teams. Were you the admin of the free team, or a member of the team instead?
-
Thanks for the ticket ID, I've gone ahead and prioritized it to expedite matters on your behalf.

Hi @"CalleG", it's possible that this feature isn't available from Gmail or your browser directly. Are you able to save files in your local folder and then drag them to the Dropbox folder?
-
Hi @"AstanVizu", thanks for messaging the Community! Do you see the Dropbox desktop application in the menu bar? Are you able to access the settings from there? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
It sounds like the payment for the team wasn't renewed, hence why it has reverted to a personal account. Were you the user who paid for the upgrade or was it another user?
-
Hi @"bt22", thanks for contacting us! If you restrict the shared link to people invited to the link, they would need to login to their own Dropbox account to view it. This will give you the ability to see if people have accessed your file. Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"felixelaeis", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you able to load the videos in a mobile browser and then download the files direct to your device? Are you able to add the files to your Dropbox account directly? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"MikeMp3", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Recently, support for free teams has ended, so most likely your free team was disbanded due to this reason. Your account hasn't been affected in any way, so you should still be able to use it. If you need any further assistance, please let me know!

Thanks for the ticket ID, I've gone ahead and added your comments there to expedite matters on your behalf.
-
Hi @"Lars Engseth", if you're experiencing this issue on a particular account, then you might have some restrictions or other apps or services that are preventing the Dropbox app from working as it should. As to what this could be, we wouldn't be able to tell. I can only recommend quitting all open apps, including the ones…

Could you try deleting the installer and downloading it again?
-
Hi @"vsrc", thanks for messaging the Community. If there is a 404 message, it means that the URL no longer exists. This could be due to the the link itself being deleted, or the file or folder it's referring to being deleted. Can they confirm that the shared link still exists on the same file on their account? This will…
