Hi @"Denis_98", are you using any apps on your device that could be hiding the Dropbox icon on the menu bar?
-
Hi @"Smoo", this ticket ID is a few years old are you sure this is the correct ticket number? Just for clarification, is the team a different Dropbox Business team entirely, or via Sharepoint?
-
Hi @"Marijke95", it's possible that Canva isn't able to connect to the Dropbox Business team folders or spaces to their service via the Dropbox API. I'd recommend contacting them for them to look into this matter further on their end.
-
Hi @"EricBuist", could you try quitting the Dropbox desktop application and restarting it, without rebooting, to see if the window appears at the bottom the next time?
-
Hi @"FranzP", thanks for bringing this to our attention. As these are shared folders on your account, you should be able to delete them, or permanently remove your access to them by following these steps. Could you also check to see if you have any backups taking up quota on your account? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"radlyeel", from the screenshot, it seems you have Malwarebytes installed and running. Could you try temporarily disabling it to reinstall the Dropbox desktop application using this link, to see if the icon appears in the menu bar?
-
Hi @"la_rotola", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. Keep me updated with any progress!

Hi @"Zarcom" you can see your connected devices from this page on your account. Regarding the quota, could you check if you have any backups running on your account?
-
Hi @"Mike W.45", you can unsubscribe from any threads you don't want to receive notifications about from this page. Regarding your forum username, you can have a different name to your Dropbox account itself. According to our system, we can see that you are the same user as the person who posted earlier, and are both under…

No worries, glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue!

I can see that they're part of the specialist team, so they'll be able to investigate from there on.
-
Hi @"surobmcd", could you attach a screenshot of the error message you're getting on your device? Are these photos you've uploaded to your account via the camera uploads feature, or by uploading them manually?
-
Hi @"mk53", the rollout to the new location of the Dropbox folder and its other features is being done gradually at this stage. This means it is not guaranteed that the Dropbox folder would immediately change location when you upgrade.
-
HI@Real Nice Films, I can see that you're currently in communication with the specialist team. They'll be able to assist further in this matter on their end.
-

Hi @"mishamoonbow", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you trying to upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app? According to your previous bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play? This will help me to assist further!

No worries, let us know if you experience this issue again in the future!

Thanks for the example. In the selective sync window, anything without a checkmark will not be synced to your machine, and neither will any subfolders. The minus symbol, like on the parent of VFT 237, means that at least one folder is marked to be selected. However, this doesn't prevent the creation of new subfolders in…

Thanks for the example, the URL looks correct. After some brief research, it's possible that the link they sent you was via their own security measure in their email provider, which is causing this behavior, and is unrelated to Dropbox itself. It might try to redirect to the Dropbox URL via this security measure. If the…

-
Hi @"zp8822", thanks for messaging the Community. There hasn't been any change to the site to my knowledge. Are you clicking the filename itself, or the blank space next to the file? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"southpaw", if you used it on your personal machine at home, were you connected to a VPN to your work machine? What is the URL format of the shared link, without posting it here? Does it start with www.dropbox.com and look like a normal URL?
-
Hi @"Briskola", currently it isn't possible to modify any files in the backup from the Dropbox site. This can only be done when changing the files directly on your machine, which will then sync to that backup with the changes. Your feedback and comments are greatly appreciated!
-
Hi @"KatarzynaOs", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Currently, it isn't possible to search for tags via the mobile app. We appreciate all feedback on how to improve the Dropbox app and service!

Hi @"p aplin vft", if an entire folder is unticked in the selective sync window, this would prevent any file or subfolder in that folder to sync to the machine. Are the files you're getting from other users in a folder that has no checkmark at all in the selective sync window?
