Hi @"Andre15", thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you open the Dropbox desktop application by clicking the icon, do you see any yellow messages on the various sections? Do you have multiple monitors on your machine? This will help me to assist further!

Hi @"3x3x3", does your Dropbox mobile app have a passcode enabled on it for security purposes?
-
We don't have any responses from other team admins on this query, however, keeping a user's account enabled perpetually isn't something that is normal, since it is a waste of a license, and a possible security risk. Therefore, they'd either have to recreate the links, or, to prevent this situation in future, have the team…

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?
-
Hi @"tenny1", just for clarification, did you try using a different WiFi network to upload the files, or using cellular data instead?
-
Hi @"mscottpath", we appreciate your feedback on the recent changes to the Dropbox folder location. As part of the Dropbox for macOS update, the Dropbox folder must be located in ~/Library/CloudStorage Some other things to note about the Dropbox folder location: * Changing the location of your Dropbox folder is no longer…

Hi @"JCR8", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you check what plan you're currently on according to this page? What is your current billing location, and what currency are you trying to pay in? This will help me to assist further!
-
HI @"ppbcopywriting", are you on the main files page where you can view the folder you're trying to delete? Could you attach a screenshot (while hiding personal info) showing where you're trying to delete from?
-
The reason we require screenshots is to see exactly how a file appears on your desktop and mobile app. Are the modification dates the same in both areas, indicating a change was made? Is it definitely open in the Dropbox mobile app showing the old version of the file? Once we have the screenshots, while hiding any personal…

Is this occurring on all documents you scan or just this specific document? Does it make a difference what language the document is in?
-
Thanks for the update. Currently, there isn't a method to do what you're asking for your wishlist. The first and third points are the same, wherein a person created a shared link, if that person was then offboarded, the links would no longer be valid. For the second matter, the license remains active since you've already…

Hi @"naima", do you see the missing recordings saved on the Zoom cloud? Did you have local recordings enabled for the Zoom meetings?
-
Hi @"Jillwb", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you clarify if this is the date on the files themselves, or if the files have been renamed with those dates as well? A screenshot showing the file name and date modified (while hiding any personal info), would be very helpful!

Hi @tEjxBC, thanks for bringing this to our attention. What device are you currently using, and are there multiple cameras on it? Are you on the latest version of the mobile OS, and the Dropbox mobile app? Did you notice this change after a recent update, or changing phones, or at a random point? This will help me to…

The app would remove the record of files from the sync history list after a certain time has passed, or the total number of items in the list itself. You won't have a permanent list of your synced files there.

If you're able to send an email with the PDF attachment from Gmail directly, and it appears on your account, then it's working normally. If it isn't working when using another mail program, then you'd need to check its settings to ensure files are not embedded in the email body itself. Since you mentioned you were using…
-
Hi @"dustyanalogue", have you tried removing Dropbox from the iOS Files app by disabling it from the Locations menu there, rebooting your device, and then re-enabling it?
-
If you are sending images, and they appear in the body of the email, which Apple Mail on Mac and iOS devices do by default, then it isn't recorded as an attachment so it won't upload to the Dropbox site. When you send the email via Gmail itself, both those files would be attachments, and would upload normally. Does the…
-
Hi @"FritzMiller", have you quit any open applications or services (such as Adobe itself) on your machine, apart from the Dropbox app, before you disabled the computer backup feature? This would be to prevent any app currently accessing those folders from stopping the process.
-
Hi @"PTB_9"< if you disable the screenshot feature in the desktop app, and then take a screenshot, does the same issue occur? What about when you quit the Dropbox desktop application completely?
-
Hi everyone, please could you let us know what location you were at when you saw the specific offer on the site?
-
If the mobile app is still signed into your old email, then it could mean there are two separate accounts. Have you tried resetting the password for the account visible on your phone?
-
Hi @"dlwoaud", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Is this occurring for any folder you're trying to share, or just the one folder in particular? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"PV10", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Currently, it isn't possible to prevent the deletion of their shared links when users are offboarded, since they were created by the former member. Once a user has been deleted and there is a spare license on your account, you can reduce your license usage via these…
-
Hi @"jadabe3", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Did you upload the files directly to the Dropbox site itself, or did you save over the originals in the Dropbox folder on your machine? Is the Dropbox desktop application currently running and syncing? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"richp75", thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you delete the external drive backup from the site, it will only affect the backup, and not the actual external drive itself. Are you able to see the external drive backup on the site itself to delete it? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"aligfx", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you referring to the Dropbox desktop application beta, or the Mac OS Ventura Beta version? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"Reverand2", thanks for messaging the Community. Once the files are on Dropbox, via the camera uploads feature, you can copy them to another folder on your computer, or a memory stick. Deleting the files from the Dropbox site or the Dropbox folder on your machine (when the Dropbox desktop application is installed)…

What version of Ventura are you running? Has this happened since the moment you upgraded it, or activated Dropbox Backup?
-
Hi @"ulba", did this occur after updating to the Ventura 13.1 beta version?
