Could you try signing out of your personal account on the site, then sign into the work account, and then click the link?
-
Hi @"Kira0418", the box icon there is related to OneDrive on your machine. Could you try opening the Dropbox desktop application and mark the file as available offline, and then try quitting the app to play them.
-
So, just to clarify, you want other people to upload files into your Dropbox account, copy them to another account if need be, and also comment on the images? Is this correct?

Hi @"ericg75", thanks for messaging the Community! Are you looking to use the Dropbox service in order to host the images? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"pfredrickson", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you clarify where you see that you were signed into your personal account for the shared link, while at the same time being signed into your Dropbox Business account? This will help me to assist further!

Hi @"dennis_c", thanks for bringing this to our attention. If conflicted copies are being created, this could be due to the file being open on someone's machine, or someone is editing the file at the same time. Could you check the event history of the file to see which user and machine created the file? This might help…

Hi @"Xavier Montaner", what happens if you delete the Trash folder entirely?
-
It can take time for the Dropbox desktop application to finish indexing the files. How long have you kept the app running?
-
No worries, glad to have helped out. Enjoy your week!

Hi @"Droppedintosayhi", the number can fluctuate as the Dropbox desktop application adds up the total amount of files that have been added. Each file needs to be indexed first, and once that is done, they are synced to the site. Soon, all the files would be indexed, so the number should decrease, provided you're not adding…

Hi @"ngoossens", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Have you tried rebooting your machine to see if this helps? Could you attach a screenshot showing this info, while hiding any personal info? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"SpartanMike", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to clarify, are you all sharing the account credentials for a single Dropbox account, or do you have a Dropbox Business team or shared folders, and have different emails? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"thomasriffey", thanks for messaging the Community. Currently, there isn't an official method to migrate files from Evernote into Dropbox Paper. There could be another app or service that will allow you to move files from one to another. If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

Okay, none of these would open the app itself. This article should show you where to click.
-
Could you clarify where exactly your shortcut is? Are you clicking the Dropbox icon near the clock on the bottom right?
-
How are you opening the app exactly? Are you double clicking the icon in the system tray, or single clicking it? Could you try using Ctrl-Click on the icon to then choose the Preferences option?

Hi @"HorribleHarry", thanks for messaging the Community! If you're able to access your music files in the iOS Files app, then you might be able to upload them to the Dropbox mobile app onto your account. Generally, the Music app on iOS prevents any kind of transfer to a third party service for copyright purposes. Files can…

Hi @"mblatz01", I've sent you an email, please could you reply to it when you get a chance!
-
Hi @"prior2that", there is this option for team admins to make files local or online-only. Could you check with your admin what setting they've enabled on the team? Additionally, there is team selective sync, which could potentially affect this, if the setting has been changed recently.
-
Hi @"svervs", I've sent you an email, please could you reply to it as soon as you get a chance!
-
Hi @"jamainaz", aside from linking the personal account on the site, did you also sign into the personal account on the Dropbox desktop application preferences?
-
No worries, glad to have helped out. Enjoy your week ahead!
-
Hi @"MattR55", in order to access the team folder, you must join the Dropbox Business team. If you don't want to merge your account with the team, or don't want to have a new email to keep your files separate, then you'll need to request them to cancel the invite. Instead, they can invite another email you have, to be used…
-
Hi @"Tooley S.", would this shared link contain all the images you previously selected?
-
Hi @"pollyannet", thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team for further assistance on this matter.
-
Hi @"Sam112", is this a company-managed device, or is this a personal machine? Are you installing the app with admin privileges?
-
Hi @"arishperez", you should see it on the home page, next to the Organize button. Bear in mind, the option to import from Google Drive is only available for personal accounts, not for Dropbox Business teams.
-
Hi @"Ashley McLoone", did you try disabling the feature by unchecking the box in the preferences?
-
Hi @"cnmany", email verification can only be done via an email, currently. If you can't access the account, you can contact the billing team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access,…

Hi @"Bravo23", from the screenshot, the Dropbox site or service wouldn't create backup files or folders like that. This is most likely related to an app or service you're using to edit the file. Certain programs do create backup folders for restoration reasons.
