Thanks for your patience. Could you try going into System Preferences > Privacy and Security > Full Disk Access and add Hazel onto that list to see if this helps?

If your computer can't upgrade to a newer OS, and you want to use the Dropbox desktop application, then you would need a newer compatible device to use it.

Hi @"MortenH", I've merged you to this thread to keep similar queries together. You can have a look over the earlier posts to understand the changes with the system requirements for the Dropbox desktop application, and why they were made.

At this point, to ensure that everything is removed, I'd recommend an advanced reinstallation of the Dropbox desktop application. Just follow the steps to uninstall the program while logged into the Administrator account, and the log out and reboot the machine entirely, and let me know if the folder is removed.

Hi @"thenoob", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you uploading the file to your own account, or using a file request to another account? Do you have the Dropbox desktop application installed? Are you able to move the mp3 file into your Dropbox folder to sync to the site? This will help me to assist further!

Okay, so just for clarification, you want to be able to access the Dropbox folder while on a standard account. Are you looking to instead remove the Dropbox folder from the administrator account (and sign out of the account there), and then use the standard profile alone to use the app and that Dropbox folder there like…
-
Hi @"BuzzLS", thanks for messaging the Community! You can remove the new Dropbox folder created in the local account by signing out of the Dropbox desktop application in that profile. You can then delete the Dropbox folder in the User/MyUser folder without it affecting the other Dropbox folder in Owner. Regarding your…

Hi @"Podetize_CD", thanks for messaging the Community! Could you clarify what you're referring to with an example? Are you only referring to the double-returns, or other formatting as well? This will help me to assist further!

This article will help you to create signature requests to people.

Thanks for the info, keep me updated with any changes on this matter!
-
You can ask the user to contact the support team via their support page when logged into their account to see what options are available regarding this matter.

It's up to you if you wish to migrate to another provider, I wouldn't be able to advise on that matter. This article mentions other changes with the File Provider version of the Dropbox desktop application.
-
Thanks for the info. Without another device or the recovery words, it wouldn't be possible to recover the Dropbox Passwords account, unfortunately. Team admins only have the option to check the security score of the passwords using these steps.
-
Thanks for the information, have you replied to the email requesting further assistance?
-
Are you seeing this on all folders you create? Are they private or shared folders?
-
Hi @"gem0303", thanks for bringing this to our attention. The tag feature should still be visible in the folder automations. Could you attach a screenshot showing the automations options you get when on a new folder? This will help me to assist further!
-
HI @"russell-mark4", If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?
-
Hi @"BSM1", thanks for messaging the Community. In general, under File Provider, this is a requirement for those libraries, and the Photos Library, to not be on cloud libraries. Currently, there aren't any official workarounds for this, and if so, it would be not supported by Dropbox. If you have any further queries, feel…

Hi @"kspasov", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are there any old devices that they own with the Dropbox Passwords extension or app installed, in order to get the notification of another sign in? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"mathetesbl", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Did you move to email to continue this conversation? Do you have a ticket ID in order to locate it on the system? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"LK10", if the Dropbox folder is being shared on the network, this would mean that the Dropbox desktop application is running. With that you can login to the Dropbox site without any login credentials by clicking on the globe icon, if anyone has access to that computer.
-
If you quit the Dropbox desktop application entirely, are you able to rename the file? What if you move the file to another folder, can it be renamed that way?
-
Currently, there isn't a method to sign the documents to confirm they've been seen. However, you could send them individual signature requests to confirm that they've seen the original document.
-
Hi @"LorraineGallagher", thanks for messaging the Community. Just for clarification, are you referring to Dropbox Sign documents that have their own signatures, or are you referring to normal documents? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"Pardhivan", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you clarify what code you're referring to? Are you using two-step verification? Are you referring to the one-time security code sent via email? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"Josefm", thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the user has edit access to a file, they should be able to change the filename. Could you attach a screenshot showing the exact error they get when trying to change the filename on the computer? This will help me to assist further!

Hi @"mark234", I've merged you to this thread to keep similar questions together. Could you try the previous steps (rebooting, disabling security software, advanced reinstallation) to see if they help on your machine?
-
Could you attach a screenshot showing the local files in Finder and the version that appears on the site?
-
Hi @"jpisunyer", the issue you will experience, with multiple people uploading files, is that depending on their method of doing so, the files will lose their original date the photo was taken. File requests can be used to gather photos from anyone, even without a Dropbox account, and the files will upload to your account,…
-
Hi @"Pierre15", if the answer is no to everything, then that isn't possible, since the file should've existed on the Dropbox site at some point, and one of the options should be valid. Since it's no longer visible on the deleted files page, it wouldn't be possible to recover it, unfortunately. Likewise, @"jennwallace30",…
