Hi @"Trevor147", you'd need to look in the settings of manual for the device, since this is related to the device itself delivering commands to the computer. You should be able to find information on the developer's site.

The security code can be triggered by different events, so it could have been things other than a valid email and password combination. To be certain for your own security, however, I'd recommend resetting thee Dropbox password.

Is that the same for the browser sessions? Do the IP addresses match your own device?

I'm a little puzzled, when you say the Dropbox app, what do you mean exactly, if it isn't via the Dropbox site, since that's how you edit Excel files online?
-
Is the issue similar to what was being described in this thread?
-
It does seem that something on your connection is restricting the speed to Dropbox servers for some reason. Do you get similar speed issues on other devices on your network when uploading to the site?
-
Thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team for them to investigate this matter in more detail on their end.

You'd need to check with your security software settings for the domain list, and also your network provider if the issue is ISP related. Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting…

Hi @"Trish3216", thanks for posting today! Just for clarification, are you editing the Excel files on the Dropbox site directly, or by using the local version of the Excel app? Is this occurring for all files on your account? This will help me to assist further!

If something is possible via official method, then we can support it and provide information. For your request, since there isn't an official feature available, the only answer I can provide is that it can't be done by Dropbox. However, I can leave this thread open for other community members to contribute their…

As this is working in Chrome, then it means that something in Safari is preventing the downloads. Could you try running it in private browsing mode or without any extensions running to see if this helps?

-
HI @"Karen106", this thread is related to the Gmail app specifically, if you're experiencing this issue in Samsung Mail, then this would be a separate issue. Have you tried any of the above steps to resolve it to see if this helps in that app?

There must be some sort of difference that is preventing the files from being detected by the automation. What are the exact settings you have for the automation, and the properties for a file which wasn't renamed?
-
Hi @"vutran", thanks for the info. Could you try moving an image out of the folder, and then back in to see if this forces the automation to take effect?
-
Hi @"renegade909", there isn't a method to increase the upload speed on the mobile app, aside from keeping the phone connected to power, if there is low battery, and not using any other network apps during the upload.
-
Hi @"madtasty69", currently, we don't have any new updates on this option being added to the service.
-
Hi @"Robert511", most likely, as you mentioned the file is very large, that your OS needs to delete and recreate it immediately, instead of just editing the file, which is why you're getting this message. Since the Dropbox app is only performing normally when it receives a command to delete, there isn't anything else we…

Hi @"matt b.78", the post from my colleague was back on 20-07-2023, if that is what you're asking for?

This will prevent any files from syncing on that machine (including deletions). Afterwards, on the new machine, just sign into…
