Hey @"Lung", there's another user on a similar thread that used this workaround and it worked for them. Can you try and let us know if it helps?
-
Thanks for the additional info and the screenshots, @"Caldon". Quicken coupons also expire, though. When did you receive this coupon?
-
Hey @"whatthehales", thanks for posting your question today. Since these shared folders are all different and you've been added to them by different users, there's no way to remove your access to them at once. You'll need to follow the same process you've followed so far. We appreciate your feedback, though, and I'll make…

Hey @"Christine2024", thanks for reaching out to us. I moved your post to a thread that has some info relevant to your query. Can you try Walter's workaround above, to see if that helps?
-
Hey @"Ebensmatik", I just tested this on my end, but I can't replicate the issue. Can you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache", to see if that helps?
-
Hey @"Lung", have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Excel/Office app on your device, to see if that helps?
-
Sorry to jump in here, @"MBCrosstrek19". At the moment, it's not possible to delete a signed document from the Signatures page on dropbox.com. If this file is saved to your Dropbox account, you can delete it from your All files page as normal. I hope this helps!
-
Hey @"tobesharon", sorry to jump in here. Before we send you an email, would you mind checking whether you've accepted an invitation to join a Dropbox Business team with the account you were previously logged in to? Which plan do you see that you're currently on, if you go to your account settings here? And is it possible…
-
Sorry to hear that, @"T1509". Keep in mind that Dropbox cannot create or upgrade an account using your billing info, unless you yourself, or someone that has access to it, has provided it. That being said, can you give us the ticket number for your communication with our support team regarding your refund request?
-
Hey @"Adropped", thanks for letting us know about this. Which version of Dropbox do you currently have installed? And are you able to access our website as normal from the same computer?
-
Sorry to hear that, @"FrankFlorida". Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error and also of the Dropbox sync status and version? The latter will be found by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray (as long as the icon is there of course).
-
Hey @"stephaniediffin", sorry to hear about this. Are you on a Windows or a Mac computer? What's the Dropbox app's current syncing status and version, when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon? And lastly, can you let us know what steps you've tried so far? Thanks in advance.
-
Thanks for posting your question, @"SY8". At the moment, the context menu (right-click) items are a part of the Dropbox application's usability, so they cannot be deleted. Quitting the Dropbox app or uninstalling it, would remove these options. I hope this clarifies things, but let me know if you need anything else.
-
Hey @"mattahern", thanks for joining our Community! Can you clarify if you're talking about shared links between individual Dropbox accounts or Business ones? Also, please keep in mind that Dropbox is actually moving to an updated shared link architecture, where links are based on content rather than on users. I would…
-
Hey @"SK81", thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community and welcome to Dropbox! Can you clarify what kind of document you're taking about? Are you referring to a Dropbox Paper document or perhaps to a Microsoft Word one? Let me know and we'll go from there!
-
Thanks for the screenshot, Bryan. So, this tells me you had enabled backup, but it's unlinked for some reason. If you go through the Dropbox app preferences, click on the "backups" tab and then on "manage backups", what do you see there?
-
Hey @"BryanmMac", thanks for reaching out to our Community. Let's see what we can find out about this. From what you're saying, it sounds like you did previously enable the Backup feature on this computer, because without Backup, you wouldn't have had Dropbox syncing icons on your Desktop files. Did you recently get a…
-
Sorry, @"sub-solar-studio", do you mean that now your links work as usual?
-
Okay, @"NonVideri", I just sent you an email, so I'll see you there.
-
Awesome, happy to help, @"Maikel21"! If you need anything else, let us know. Have a great day!
-
Good to hear that you can see your upgrade now, @"Maikel21"! Do you see your invoice and receipt if you go to your billing page?
-
Thanks, @"NonVideri". If you want, we could switch over to email, so I can take a closer look, search for some example file names, but if the files never got fully uploaded to Dropbox, that won't help much. 😕
-
Hey @"martinipete", thanks for your feedback about the backup feature here. I've made sure to pass it on to our team. As for your question, indeed, if you have the backup feature enabled and then just copy the same files into the Dropbox folder, you'd be storing the same files twice. So, to avoid that or work around that,…
-
Hey @"Maikel21", thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you go to your account's plan page, is that what you see about your plan and storage?
-
Hey @"Stian76", thanks for reaching out to us. This basically depends on what you'd like to do. If one of the accounts is a Dropbox Business one and the other a personal one (Dropbox Basic, Plus, Professional), you can link the two accounts and access them from the same devices. However, if you'd like to merge them into…
-
Hey @"sub-solar-studio", if you open the Dropbox link directly from your browser and not through your website, does it force-download the file? Can you also take a look at the info here and let me know if it helps?
-
Sorry to jump in here, @"NonVideri". Did you get a chance to check if you can find anything related to those files in your events page? Also, do you remember ever accessing those files from your online Dropbox?
-
Thanks for your reply, @"rls3800"! Phone support is currently only available to our Business users, but let's see how we can sort this out from here. So, indeed, any files that were previously added to your account, and were available offline, wouldn't have been affected by the setting that makes new files online-only. If…
-
Hey @"ScottS1", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you currently have these files saved to your Dropbox account and accessing them from the website or are you accessing them from a Dropbox link someone sent you? If they're saved to your Dropbox, instead of downloading them from the website, have you tried…
-
Thanks for the screenshot, @"cbshaffer". If you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your system tray, what do you see? Also, if you click that Dropbox icon and then click the folder icon next to your initials/profile pic, which Dropbox folder is it taking you to?
