Hey @"Evo Solas", thanks for posting your question on our Community! I'm afraid that with our 5 TB plan, which is a team plan (Dropbox Business Standard), you'll have to have a minimum of 3 licenses. Our largest individual plan, Dropbox Professional, offers 3 TB of space. You can compare all our plans, both team and…

Not a problem! Of course, you can definitely select multiple files or folders to delete. You can do that by checking the box on the left side of each file/folder name on our website and then clicking on the 'delete' option, at the top.

Hey @"tamarawill24", thanks for your post about Dropbox Paper! At the moment, with the way Paper works, the URLs will appear as hyperlinks with previews of the linked site. However, you're welcome to post an idea about this on our Paper idea board, for other users to upvote. Let me know if you have any questions.

Deleting files does free up space in your account. Permanently deleting files, though, doesn't make a difference, since the deleted files do not take up any space. The info about the bonus space was just something extra, in case you wanted to give it a try!

That's awesome, Jay! Happy to help! If you need anything else, make sure to give us a shout. Have a great weekend! 🙂

Hey @"jay27", welcome to our Community. This is actually a new change to the website's interface. It hasn't been rolled out to everyone yet, that's why your colleagues don't see it. We do appreciate your feedback about this, though, I'll make sure to pass your comments along to our team. As a workaround, you can use the…

Hey @"marc1234", thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community. Download/upload limits on the Dropbox website do exist, but on a 'per upload/download' level, not on a 'per day' level. There is a daily bandwidth limit, though, when downloading files from shared links, or uploading files to file requests. The desktop…

Hi there @"Z104", thanks for posting your question about your storage space! Deleting files is quite an easy task. You can find steps on how to do it here. If you want to add some free bonus space to your account, you can also take a look at this article. Let me know of any questions you might have.

Hey @"Buzzly2012", thanks for posting on our Community! Would you mind trying logging out of your account and back in, to see if you get that banner again? If not, let me know and I'll reach out to you via email. Thanks!

Thanks guys for the nudges here. I'm afraid there's currently no way to change the names of the backup folders. You're welcome to post an idea about this on our idea board, though, for others to upvote.

Hey @"sarahfelldown", thanks for reaching out to us. Would you mind clarifying where you're trying to copy the files from? Is it the Dropbox folder on your computer or our website? If it's the website, I'd suggest you download the files to your computer first, and then upload them to Google Drive. If you're using your…

Hey @"Kelsays ", thanks for posting your question on our Community! I'm assuming that you want these two computers to both be linked to the same Dropbox account. If you want to do a clean re-sync of the files, so both Dropbox folders are identical, you'll first need to unlink the computers, by signing out of the Dropbox…

Thanks for the screenshot, Lorraine, I appreciate it! The thing is that this is a window generated by your operating system, which allows you to browse and select files to upload to other sites or apps. What do you see, if you click on 'Google Drive'? Does the 'Google Photos' option appear there, perhaps? If not, since you…

Hey @"VIVIAN5", welcome to our Community! How large are the folders you're trying to download? Would they be more than 20 GB in size or have more than 10.000 files in them? If they're smaller than that, can you try again using a different browser, or an incognito window, to see if it works? Let me know what you find.

Not a problem! If you have any more questions, make sure to let us know!

Hey @"rthrech", thanks for posting on our Community. We do offer a feature called full-text search, which allows you to search files by name, extension (file type) or keyword within the file. If you're on a paid account, you should have access to it and you can read more about it here. If it's not working as expected, can…

Hey @"erkin", thanks for posting your question on our Community today! I'm afraid that at the moment, there's no way to rename the backup folders. Their names [Mac and Mac(2)], have been created so that you'll know which computer was backed up first and which second. I will however pass your comments about this to our…

Hey @"CBL70", thanks for reaching out to us! This doesn't actually appear to be a Dropbox sync icon. Have you perhaps enabled any other, third party syncing services on this computer? Can you try disabling them, to see if the Dropbox syncing icons come back? Let me know how you go.
-
Hey @"lorrgerr41", welcome to the Dropbox Community! Would you mind giving me a bit more info as to how you are uploading the photos? Is it from your phone, or your computer? If you can send me a screenshot with the options you see now, when trying to upload files, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey @"DigiluxAmsterdam", thanks for reaching out to our Community! When it comes to the external drive backup, even though there's no specific button, you can just delete the backup folder from Dropbox to stop the backup. Deleting it in Dropbox will only delete it from there, not your external drive. Let me know if you…

Hey @"TourAlaska", thanks for the nudge. Mind if I reach out to you via email as well?
-
Hey @"OsborneBox", thanks for joining our Community. Have you tried using our payment lookup tool, to find out which account the payments are for? Let me know how it goes!
-
Hey @"JLight", thanks for the nudge here. Can I reach out to you via email, so we can look into this together?

I see. Thanks for trying, Chris. Can I reach out to you via email, so we can look into this further?
-
Hey @"Ezt Keresem", welcome to the Dropbox Community. Is it the first time you're trying to login to Dropbox on this device? Can you please try to uninstall the Dropbox app, restart your device and reinstall it, to see if that helps? Let me know how it goes!

Hey @"Sintrance", thanks for reaching out about this. This is great, I'm happy to see you were able to figure out and resolve this. This should definitely prove useful for other users, in case they come across this error as well. If you have any other questions, make sure to let us know!
-
I see. Thanks for letting me know, Chris. How about if you try to disable Dropbox as a location in your files app and then re-enable it? Does that help?
-
Sorry for the delay on this, but I've just reached out to you, so make sure to check your emails!
-
Hey @"Ubfgii5n", thanks for posting on our Community today. I'm afraid that there's no way to hide the left sidebar in the Dropbox app on the iPad at the moment. You're welcome to post an idea about this on our idea board, though. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey @"thiagojcsoares", thanks for posting on our Community! Are you getting any error messages, like a 'couldn't start Dropbox' pop-up? If so, can you please copy the error log from the .txt file on the error message in your next reply, so I can check it out? Thanks!
