Hey @"1775468", thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community. The icons on your files are not really Dropbox icons, but they come from OneDrive. Can you try to disable OneDrive and let us know if that helps?
-
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @"Sanar Sadaqa". Can you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? Also, do you have a Dropbox icon in your menu bar at the moment? If you do, can you hover over it with your mouse and let us know what you see? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to see that you're having this issue, @"Dana_HH". Have you tried from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
-
Hey @"HeatherNK", thanks for taking the time to post to the Dropbox Community. While editing image files on Dropbox is possible, the option to add text to an image is not currently available. You'd need to use some kind of third party app for this purpose, as a workaround, I'm afraid. We do appreciate your feedback,…

Sorry to see you're having trouble cancelling your subscription, @"cwbowers". Can you let us know what you're having an issue with? Are you getting any errors when you're trying to cancel it? Let us know and we'll be happy to assist you!
-
Thanks @"VIP1", I just sent you an email, so we'll continue there. Can I reach out to you via email as well, @"KalebC"?
-
If you're not seeing any results within a specific folder, we might need to take a further look into this, to be honest. Can we send you an email to investigate further?
-
Thanks for letting us know, @"Squigley". Can you please send us a screenshot of the error message about not having enough space? Just make sure to hide any personal info on the screenshot.
-
Happy to hear that, @"dsuisman"! If the issue does return, make sure to let us know.

Thanks for the update, @"JDB-1". Your support options actually depend on the Dropbox plan you're on. If you're on a paid subscription, you can use our live support options through this page. Our support team should be able to assist you with your issue more directly. Once you reach out to them, make sure to also send us…

Thanks for your feedback on this, @"Gord1". I've made sure to pass it on to the team. I'm glad you were also able to figure things out and sync your files they way you wanted. If you need anything else, let us know.
-
Sorry to hear about this, @"emailind". Are you seeing the same thing when trying from a different browser or after clearing your browser's cache as well?
-
Thanks for that, @"Uncleshellmz". I can see that your case has already been sent to our specialists, so make sure to keep an eye on the ticket for their update. I've passed your comments along and raised the priority of the case, so they'll be contacting you the soonest possible.

Hey @"Genie123", if you'd like to turn off the Dropbox backup of your desktop folder, you can follow the steps here. Let us know how it goes.
-
Happy to help, Robin! If you need anything else, make sure to give us a shout. Have a great day!
-
Sorry @"michael omahoney", but just to clarify, are you having an issue accessing the account as a whole? Or are you getting the blank screen after you've logged in and tried to open the folders in the account?
-
Thanks for that, Michel. Can you also follow the steps here, to make sure that Dropbox has full disk access and let me know if that helps?
-
Hey @"Oba Erik", thanks for reaching out to us! You can definitely access a folder without affecting your Dropbox space. This is possible if the owner of the folder shares a "can-view" link to the folder, instead of an invitation to add the folder to your account. You can see the steps needed to create this link here.
-
Hey @"RIselin", thanks for your question! The fastest and preferred method of uploading files to Dropbox would be our desktop client. You can read more about it and find a link to download it here. If you have any questions, let me know!
-
Thanks for the additional info, @"JDB-1". Sounds like a Safari issue, then. Can you try clearing Safari's cache, to see if that helps?
-
Hey @"Gord1", after the installation and during the sign-in process, the app should ask you if you want to sync your files as 'online-only' or 'available offline'. You can choose the first and your files will sync as placeholders, with no physical space. I hope this helps.
-
Hey @"dsuisman", thanks for the additional info and the screenshots and sorry to see you're having the same issue, @"cya2". Can you both please try the steps listed in this post, to see if they help?
-
Hey @"MrMargaretScratcher", sorry to jump in here. Regarding the migration, everything should be done automatically. If things went as they're supposed to, you don't have to manually move files from the old Dropbox folder to the new one; they'll be moved automatically, when the update is finished. If it's finished and your…

Hey @"Uncleshellmz", thanks for your feedback here and sorry to see you're having trouble. Can you please give us the ticket number for your communication with our support team, so we can look it up in our system? Thanks.
-
Thanks to both for the additional info. One more question @"KalebC", can you also please check and let us know which browser you're using and which version of the browser? As for you @"VIP1", can we send you an email, so we can look further into this?
-
Hey @"JaMaL69" , sorry to see you're having issues with this. Just to confirm, did you follow the steps in this article to disable backup? If you hover your mouse over your Dropbox icon, what's the sync status of the Dropbox app?
-
Hey @"Mike C.45", sorry to see you're having trouble with the Dropbox desktop app on your Mac computer. Dropbox is compatible with Sonoma; did you get a notification to update Dropbox to the new Dropbox for macOS on File Provider? and if so, did you perform the update? If you hover over the Dropbox icon, what do you see?…
-
Hey @"dmitche3", thanks for the nudge here. Does the folder appear in your account online? Is it possible that you set this folder to be ignored at some point?
-
Sorry to see that you're having this issue, @"JDB-1". If you try from a different browser or a private browsing/incognito window, what do you see?
-
Sorry to hear about this, @"Michel G.7". If you simply hover over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar, which version of the app do you see, and what's the exact sync status? Also, if you click on the Dropbox icon, then on your profile pic and then on "view sync issues", do you see anything there?
