Sure thing, @"TK76", I just emailed you, so I'll see you there!

Thanks for the update, @"Callard". In that case, you won't be able to save files directly to your Dropbox, except if you're using a third party service that would export files to Dropbox directly. However, if you were to use the Dropbox desktop app, the app would create a local Dropbox folder on your drive. This is a…

Great, thanks @"MikSchreuder18"! I just emailed you, so I'll see you there.
-
Hey @"JChristine", sorry to jump in. To create and share a link with edit permissions through Dropbox, you'll need to follow these steps. Can you try and let me know if it worked?
-
Hey @"NorthernHarrier", sorry to hear about this. Have you tried a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps? Keep me posted.
-
Hmm, what kind of account do you see when you check the plan page of your account settings? Does it show that you're on a Dropbox Business team? If not, you probably set it up while signed in to a different Dropbox account. Can you check any other email accounts you may have to confirm this?
-
Glad to hear that it worked out eventually, @"harleymac1", and we absolutely understand where you're coming from. I'll make sure your comments are passed along to our team. If you need anything else, let us know!

Hey @"TK76", thanks for reaching out to us. Can we send you an email, so we can take a closer look into this issue for you? Thanks.
-
Hey @"brett11", if you've made sure that you have the same Dropbox account linked to your Dropbox desktop app, as on the website, this might have been just a promotional notification. You can simply ignore it and I will also make sure to pass your feedback along to our team.
-
Hey @"Callard", are you using the Dropbox desktop app, or are you uploading files to Dropbox through the website instead?
-
Thanks, @"MikSchreuder18", can we actually send you an email, so we can investigate this further?
-
Hey @"jmfccompany", in that case, can we send you an email on our end, so we can investigate further?

Hey @"karilarusch"! You can access your admin console, by signing in to your Business admin account on dropbox.com and clicking "Admin console" from the options on the left of the page or directly through this link. I hope this helps!
-
Hey @"none22", it's possible that this is due to an update of the Dropbox app, but let's look into it. What exactly do you see when you hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray? Can you send us a screenshot?

Thanks for the additional info, David and happy Monday! Since it seems that the issue only exists on normal Safari windows, this might have to do with an extension you may have enabled. So, can you temporarily disable your Safari extensions, to see if that helps? If it does, try to re-enable your extensions one by one,…

Thanks for the update, @"David661". This seems like a browser issue, indeed. Can you clear Safari's cache, to see if that helps?
-
Thanks for getting back to me, @"nractive". In your account settings, do you see that you're still on a paid Dropbox plan billed through iTunes, or does your account seem to be downgraded?
-
Hey @"Priya3", thanks for your post. Is it possible that you have any shared folders or backups that are taking up your space?
-
Hi there, @"design assembly", thanks for reaching out to us. Is it possible that sharing has been disabled on the account you're trying to copy the link from? Take a look at the info in this article and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
-
Hmm, in that case, while still on dropbox.com, navigate to the file, click on the share option (rectangular icon with an upwards facing arrow), click the gear icon at the top right, click "link for viewing (that's the one that was most likely created) and you should see a "delete link" option. If that's not the case, is it…

Sorry to hear about this, @"nractive". If you follow the steps here, are you able to see and cancel your Dropbox subscription billed through Apple iTunes?
-
Hey @"WhyDoHumansNoLongerExist", sorry to jump in here as well. If this person has uploaded the Excel file to the correct folder and can see it in the folder on dropbox.com, so should you, because the website is a mirror of what's saved in our servers. If you don't see the Excel file in the folder on your end (on…

Hey @"vutran", thanks for reaching out to us. I was able to do this on my end, using our naming conventions feature, which allows you to rename existing files. You can see how to use this feature here. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi there, @"yilin_u", sorry to hear about this. Since this is a sensitive, account specific matter, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly. You'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page. In the "I want to look up information related to:" section, choose "other" and then type…
