Hi Jorge, This person probably sent you a wrong link (directing to their business account). Can you ask this person to click on the file (or folder) they want to share and use the function "share this link" or "share this folder" so you can access it?

I think there are two different things being asked here: 1 - Ability to search within file from the preview (assuming you're clicking on the link and viewing a text file on web?) You can use the browser search for that. Otherwise you can open the original file (not the preview) and do a search within its specified software…

Michael - the Dropbox files are not stored on your mobile device by default. You would need to manually make them available offline to have them saved. More info here: https://help.dropbox.com/mobile/access-files-offline

Yep, that's an option as Alan said. If you're talking about pics/videos, you can also use http://carousel.dropbox.com to have them saved only on Dropbox and free up space on your Android.

Hi Susan What you could do is hit 'share' on your desired folder/files and then copy the long link into a URL shortener (any 3rd party shortener you currently use like http://bit.ly or http://tinyurl.com). Hope it helps!

Hello all, Sorry about the delay - are you able to load dropbox.com fine on any other browser? Could you please check if you have any AdBlocker or similar plugin on Chrome? If yes, can you try first deactivating it to see if it works?
