Hi from me as well, @"Steve47". Since this is not an official integration with Dropbox, have you reached out to the manufacturers of this app, to see if they can give you any additional info?
-
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @"BasicUser". Do the rest of the Dropbox right-click options work for you as normal? What's the sync status and version of the Dropbox app, when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar? Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi there, @"Tash41"! Thanks for reaching out to us. What kind of document are you trying to highlight? If it's a PDF, you won't be able to highlight it through the Dropbox mobile app; you can, however, do so on our website. Here's how you can do it. Let me know if you have any questions!

Did you try my suggestion, Robert? Let me know if it doesn't work.
-
Hey @"Robert T.30", I see on the screenshot a "keep your Mac files backed up" notification; if you click on "close", does the red exclamation icon go away?
-
Hey @"TimB2", how many total files are in this folder? Make sure to try from an incognito window with no plug-ins/add-ons as well.
-
Thanks for letting us know about this, @"evaapo". Can you please try these steps and let me know if they help? Keep me posted.
-
Hey @"Probes", the setting you sent us in the preferences about the default sync state of the files refers to new files added to your Dropbox folder. Can you please right-click the Dropbox folder itself and see if the "make online-only" option is clickable for you? If so, click it and let me know if anything happens. If…

Hey @"lukeneedshelp", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Did you notice that this started happening after some kind of update on your OS or the Dropbox app? What's the exact sync status when hovering over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar? Let me know and we'll go from there.
-
Hey again, @"Marshal mellow"! The issue here is that your account is full, correct? So, what we need to do is find out what's causing your account to be full. You mentioned that you checked your backups page, right? Does it show you any files there, that might be taking up your space?

Hey Meredith, I appreciate your comments on this and rest assured that they'll be passed along to our team. Can you also give us your ticket number, since you're already in contact with our support team?
-
Hey @"kevinking", would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you see in the preferences tab that Rich suggested?
-
Hey @"SeoulGalVP", we really appreciate your feedback on this, but I'm glad to see you're on the right track with your issue. As for your issue, @"MeredithHussey", can you give us some more info on your issue? What's the sync status and version of the app when you hover over your Dropbox icon?
-
Thanks for the update, @"vy3800". If you've already uninstalled the Dropbox app, restarted your computer and reinstalled it, but the issue persists, please try our more advanced reinstall and let us know how it goes.
-
Hey @"Grey Hall", sorry to see that you're having this issue. Let's try to figure this out together. What do you see when you click on the Dropbox icon in your system tray? If you could send us some screenshots showing your issue, that would be really helpful as well.

Hey @"Double_h2002", I would suggest posting this as an idea on our Ideas board for other users to up-vote. Our team takes into consideration interesting feature requests that gather lots of votes. Cheers!

Hey @"Marshal mellow", I'm glad to see that you were able to see and access your photos in your account. Regarding your account being full, is it possible that you have any shared folders or backups taking your space? You can see your shared folders here and your backups page here.
-
Hey @"LinnLukschandl", do you remember the exact date and names of the files you uploaded? If so, we could send you an email, so that we can search your account internally, to confirm whether these files were ever uploaded to this account or not.
-
Thanks for the update, @"lt6". Do you remember if you manually reset your password yourself or if you were perhaps prompted to create a new account?
-
Hey @"RichPer", thanks for reaching out to us. Is the file in question set to "online-only" (gray cloud icon) in your Dropbox folder? If so, you can right-click on it and choose "make available offline" to download it to your computer. Otherwise, you can try from our website again, this time from a different browser to see…

Hey @"Road_warrior", I'm afraid there's no way to see the names of the files that cannot sync. However, you should be able to click the "See issues" button to see your troubleshooting options. Also, can you please clarify what you mean by "install them from outside of Dropbox"? Do you want to remove them from the Dropbox…en Slow sync issue after updating the desktop app to v210.4.4854. Hey @"vy3800", thanks for the additional info. Do you see the Dropbox icon in your system tray at all? If you do, can you hover over it with your mouse and let us know what you see?
-
Hey @"Barbara G", if I were you, I'd double-check to see if I had any other accounts with Dropbox. You can do that by searching your email accounts for any Dropbox related emails. Your files wouldn't be deleted, even if your account was a free one, so there must be another explanation. Also, if the files were shared, make…

Hey @"Melvin55", happy Monday! Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the options you see on your end, as a first step? Also, what is your computer's OS version and the Dropbox version you have installed? You can see the latter, by hovering over your Dropbox icon.
