Hey @"Erin_Margaret", the green ticks next to your files and folders mean that these files are fully synced. Please do let us know what the Adobe forum/support comes back to you with. Thanks!
-
Thanks for the update and the screenshots, @"Brandonrowe14". Syncing files in the Dropbox folder and using Dropbox backup, are indeed different from one another. When syncing files in the Dropbox folder, you need to manually add them in, for them to sync. With Dropbox backup, the backup is automatic, without manually…

Hey @"anniele", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you having this issue when using Paper on a browser? If so, can you use a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps? Keep me posted.
-
Sorry to jump in here, @"ercortes". If you manually search for the missing files through the search bar in the 'all files' page, are you able to find anything? When was the last time you accessed these files?
-
Thanks for your feedback here, @"CP Chang". We will make sure to pass your comments along to our team about this feature. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to let us know!
-
Hey @"vipere66", thanks for posting your question to our Community today! With shared links, there's no way to keep track of who or how many times a file was downloaded. However, you should be able to see the number of views and downloads for a file, if you share it with Dropbox transfer. Let me know if you have any…

Thanks for the screenshot here, Alan. That's strange indeed, because I'm testing this on my end and I can see both the delete and the rename options. Are you on the latest iOS and Dropbox version as well? If so, can you tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache", to see if that helps?
-
Hey @"Kooskoos", which email address did you reply to? If it's a 'no-reply' address/email, you won't get a response. Can you let me know a bit more about what you need?
-
Hey @"Bonker", have you updated the Dropbox app to the latest version, to see if that helps, like it did with other users?
-
Hey @"Tom M " , sorry to jump in here. This is actually something that's not really supported, nor do we have a process for it. It might also affect permissions etc., so we wouldn't recommend it. The best way would be to just switch them to available offline and let them sync.
-
Hey @"omac", sorry to see you're having trouble here. Can you send us a couple of screenshots, so we can have a visual of the issue, please? If you click on the Dropbox icon in your menu bar and then on the folder icon next to your initials/profile pic, do you see your Dropbox files there as normal?
-
Hey @"rymanbugs", thanks for posting to the Dropbox Community today. At the moment, there's no direct way to back up the contents of your Dropbox to your external drive. With the new Dropbox for macOS app, the Dropbox folder is saved to ~/Library/CloudStorage and cannot be moved somewhere else. If you don't have the space…

Hey @"Alan R.4", thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community. Are you referring to the PDF editing feature on our website? If so, thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to post this and I will make sure to pass it along to our team. If you want, you can also submit your feedback…
-
Hey @"SamuelWakeman", thanks for taking the time to write on our Community. Can we actually send you an email, so we can look into your request internally? Let me know.
-
Hey @"HREP", thanks for reaching out to us. I moved your post to this relevant thread, so be sure to check it for any info that might seem helpful to you. Also, can you please give us the ticket number for your communication with our support team, so we can look into it?
-
Hey @"tsu_mc", thanks for reaching out to our Community. When you accept a shared folder that's shared with you with edit permissions, it gets added to your account, thus taking up space in your account as well. If you want to upload files to someone else's account, without them taking up space in yours, they can send you…
-
Hey @"Michael Monney", thanks for posting to our Community! With Dropbox Business you can definitely set up your sharing the way you want. You can use Groups, to share subfolders with different groups of team members and you can set things up, to share folders outside the team too. Let me know if you have any questions.
-
Hey @"droppinguser101", I moved your post to this relevant thread with more info about the issue. Can you try these steps here, to see if they help you too?
-
Hey @"Gene Wayne", thanks for letting us know about this. If you quit the Dropbox app and then relaunch it, do you see any difference in behavior?
-
Hey @"4rt45566", are you downloading the files using the browser on your phone? If these files are stored in your Dropbox account, can you use the Dropbox mobile app, to save them to your device, to see if you get the same behavior?
-
Hey @"martinhawley", thanks for the nudge here. Can you give us some more info or send us some screenshots explaining the issue you're having?
-
Hey @"Peter M.42", I understand you're referring to the desktop app and not the website. Can you check the Dropbox application preferences, to make sure the bandwidth used is not limited?
-
Hey @"Victoria 494", sorry to jump in here. This message appears to be related to our external drive backup feature. Is that enabled for your team and has this member enabled it on their computer? If you turn off the feature for your team, do you still get the same message?
-
Hey @"dcc1717", thanks for reaching out to our Community. Indeed, file and folder paths must be less than 260 characters long, for you to be able to access/sync the files. You can see more info on this and on other file naming related info here. Let me know if you have any questions.
-
Hey @"KeepMeAnonymous", the article that Jay and Walter linked for you in their replies above will show you more info and screenshots on how to locate the viewer info. I hope this helps.
-
Not a problem, @"constantinos"! If you need anything else, make sure to give us a shout. See you around the Community!
-
Thanks James. I moved your post to this relevant thread. Can you take a look at the replies and solution above, to see if it helps?
-
Hey @"constantinos", sorry to jump in here. Dropbox and OneDrive (or any other file syncing service) do not work together. You can manually copy your files to OneDrive if you wish, but the two services won't be linked/synced to each other.
