I need a notification to confirm that my files have synced
everyday I copy 6 files from work to home. everyday the time it takes varies I tried to use Applescript but, as soon as the file copy to the folder, the Mac thinks the files are there, but really, they are in copy mode. I need to know when the files are officially copied and the files all have the green icon.

I can't see my files on my Mac at home, they don't seem to sync.
My file is in a dropbox folder at work I can see it on the web It does NOT show up on my Mac at home. The web say, this file is Hiden from you. how do I fix this so I see the file at home and at work at the same time like I always did before.

Excel for the WEB
Explain to me how this works. You open an EXCEL file in dropbox. Then you click on OPEN IN: Excel for the WEB. And viola.........your document looks like you are in EXCEL. Does Dropbox do that. How does that work. You can even save the doc and overwrite the original. I love this but need to know how it al works. Thanks.
