Hi, I let my plan managed by itunes store expire (as suggested by dropbox customers support via chat) because I wanted to upgrsde to a family plan directly on dropbox website. I get the infamous message "your plan is managed externally", how do I fix this? Please help, this is frustrating! Fabrizio
