Tried using referrals but all are Ineligible
Trying to get some extra space using referrals. Sent them to my family members, but all of them appear as Ineligible. I know that for one of them there was a fresh install (never had Dropbox on that PC), but still appears as Ineligible. Any ways to solve this?
