It is a different dropbox account. I can't log in and do anything. So, therefore, I used my personal dropbox account log-in to reach out for help. Please do send me an email, and I can let you know which email my dropbox account can't receive the reset link.

same here!!! I am having difficulty as well. I can't receive any password reset link in my email even by adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list. This has been effected my work!!!
