I'm still having the same issues. I cannot open any files through windows explorer, because it freezes (endless loading) as soon as I click on a folder or file.

Same here. 3 days ago it started happening to me. I've tried advanced reinstall and all the solutions posted in all of the older threads like this one. Nothing seems to work.

I started having the same issue 3 days ago. I read this entire thread and uninstalled and did the advance reinstall deleted the registry folders and the dropbox folders from the 3 locations. I've been having the same issue for the past year. Word, Excel, even images won't open until I right click and select local, under smart sync (which is a BIG inconvenience). But for example, pdf's do open fine, even if they are marked "online only". This is a big issue. Any other suggestions?
