There is no option to share the file using Dropbox as well(see photo below).

OneDrive and Google Drive were not installed on the Windows. I have just tried signing out and signing in the Dropbox application. However, it did not fix the problem.

The version of Dropbox is 254.4.2518(see screenshot below). I installed Dropbox application using administrator account. In addition, I can share the files and folders on the web site.
