I got two this week, including one yesterday. The page you linked does not have an option for turning off rank notifications. I have turned off badge notifications. I could turn off all notifications, but I want to receive the digest for the threads I am following.

I am guessing the OP wants a global way to turn these emails off, rather than having to do it for every single transfer. That's what I want! (There also isn't an obvious way to do it when creating the transfer by left-clicking a file on a mac - but the priority is a setting that can turn it off by default.)
