I'm using an android app to upload them. Autosync so it may be connected to that app. However, when I tried without appending "_note" everything worked as expected.

I think it was related to the renaming part (adding _note to the file name). I removed it (since you reminded me that every file had the "AI"-part anyway and started moving files without renaming. Now it seems to work (fingers crossed). Thanks for the help!
