@"Nancy" please feel free to email. I would like to know the ETA of the resolution . I would want to remain with dropbox but if a simple upgrade is such a hassle, I would have no choice but to evaluate other cloud storage options.

@"Nancy" I am unable to upgrade from basic using any payment method. If I select credit card, I do not see India listed in the country dropdown for a Credit Card payment. If I select UPI (monthly option) , it option changes to paypal and I am stuck again. Please help .
