@"Lucio" Are you sure it is fixed? I am on Windows 10 and it still doesn't work for files and only folders.

Hi @"ahles" I wonder if you know how to run python codes? As I think I found the solution to our problem: https://github.com/dropbox/DropboxBusinessScripts/tree/master/Users There is this updateEmail.py script that you can run. Hope this helps!

@"Jane" None of these features are relevant actually. The problem I face is that I already have almost 200 users under the email domain ___@abc.com that I want to change to ___@def.com. I know how to change Dropbox email address individually but is there a faster way to change all users from the old email domain to the new…

Hi there, because of a recent change in company domain, as the team admin I have to change the email address associated with Dropbox Business for almost 200 users. Is there any way to bulk change the email address? I know Dropbox has open APIs to do so but I don't have any scripting background so perhaps someone has done…

Hi @"Jay" Thanks for the quick response! As I was digging more into this after I posted the query, I another forum thread that talked about this https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Installation-and-desktop-app/Smart-Sync-Windows-Explorer-Search-Not-Working/td-p/206724/page/3 Now I am a bit confused because on that thread it…

Hi there, I am a Dropbox Business admin using Windows 10 with Dropbox desktop app installed. For online-only files, can they be indexed and searched through file explorer rather than dropbox.com? I initially thought that this is not possible but someone I know who is also a business user said that he is able to search his…

@"Walter" The background of this is that I already have an on-premise AD set up with my Dropbox to sync users and groups. Now I am considering moving over to Azure AD instead and sync users and groups from there. But from the instructions for Azure and Dropbox, I can't tell if groups can be synced from Azure AD or not…
-
I am just wondering if it is possible to sync groups with Azure AD and Dropbox referring to the instructions of Azure and Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/help/business/microsoft-azure-ad The page you provided of the AD Connector is for on-premise AD right? I have done on-premise AD syncing of users and groups with Dropbox…
-
Thanks @"Walter" I have used the on-premise AD connector to sync groups before. For my qns, I am referring to using Azure AD to sync groups? Cause the instructions seems to only be for provisioning users.

@"Sanchez" OK now I am confused because I thought Downloaded Files are not in Standard Plan. Or is there a difference between Downloaded files and Downloaded a file? Because I pulled out my Activity of Advanced Plan and see these 2 activities counted separately.
-
Thanks @"Sanchez" and @"Jay" for the responses! A final question though for the Standard Plan audit, there is no way to filter even by folder for the Activity? Because I was under the impression that Standard Plan filters up to folder level and Advanced Plan filters up to file level.
-
@"Jay" Thanks for the info! To clarify let's say I shared a link with someone to a shared folder and he previewed and downloaded files within the folder, would the Standard Plan not be able to capture such activities of previewed and downloaded files at all?

Thanks @"Greg-DB" for your response! With regards to the API performance, while I do understand that it is highly dependent on my own environment, would there be any published benchmark tests done by Dropbox under the specific conditions?
