hopefully this helps. Open desktop app--> open folder of pictures--> double click to open a picture. Prior to update we could switch between pictures using side arrows once a picture was opened, now we can't. Is there setting that will allow this feature or is it just gone?

We use the desk top app and file explorer sometimes to be able to scroll.
