There are 24 people in the marketing department. A subset of users is 16 and many of them are identified directly though most do not interact with the content.

I'm not seeing any issues as described in the article links sent. And it's been happening with successive folders over the last three weeks or so. All .pdfs, all links eliminated, just in case.
