Hello Megan, I mean Desktop app for microsoft surface. I have 2 dropbox accounts but i'm only using one on the mobile and on the dropbox lite. This account still have space left.

Hello, I check and the problem is not there. Every time I create a new folder, upload a pdf the Dropbox lite app sinc with drop box. If I change a existing excel file in the dropbox lite app, it does not save it in drop box. So the file should be somewhere in the dropbox lite app.

Hello Megan, Yes, that was exacly where I look. You can see in the print screen below. And yes, I use the dropbox lite app, that was where I first saw that the file was not like I leave it 2 weeks ago.
