@"nharp" The solution provided to me would make a USD 70 thing cost USD 270. I don't think dropbox understands/cares about the indian market. After using dropbox for over 4 years, I have migrated entirely to gdrive. They have the same type of desktop and web interface, much better pricing, and a site that actually works.

Add firefox browser to my list of things tried above. @Nancy Requesting any dropboxer to help. Looks like other cloud solutions are not having problems with Indian payments so might have to migrate.

Hi All, Having the same issue when trying to change my plan from Plus to Family. I have tried all variations of two different cards, paypal with chrome/safari regular/incognito but to no avail. Every time I try, getting the error "please update your payment method". Please help resolve.
