Same. I've created a link and send it to a client months ago. Since the link has expired and the client is asking for a link again but I have not idea what the link was for. It says the person who shared the link might be able to add time if you need.... but how? where? how do I find out what the link was to?

Perhaps we simply post: This question - LINK TO LOCKED ARTICLE - but open? ** which makes for a terrible internet and community.

10 year business customer and I feel 1mm tall. I do not understand how you can blatantly ignore the requests of your full fee customers. WeTransfer doesn't ask you to login and that's free. @"Jay", if there is a tip or technique or some hidden secret way or sending a link to a customer without the popup, let us know please…

why do you lock community threads? How does locking a thread from replies benefit the community. I have two threads which I'd like to reply to. One of which is a solution to a problem. However I can only start another thread on the same topic which wastes everyones time. Anyone in the future who finds the old thread, would…

This time is on the laptop. I have two screenshots but the attach button doesnt do anything. The can be found here - edit, i cant…

It's a Mac Studio, M2 Ultra running Sonoma 14.6.1 with 192GB or ram so surely cant be the computer spec. Dropbox is v212.4.5767 Usual steps I try are: 1 - pause and restart the sync. 2 - If that doesnt work, I restart dropbox I suppose I could restart the computer next time to see. If it happens today I will see if a…

I have gone back in today and it's working again. Same Chrome browser. So what ever it was over the last few days has fixed itself. Thanks

the amount of "I cant access these files" emails I get back these days is wild. As a business paid users, we NEED the ability to turn this terrible UX off. Download should do exactly that, download. Same problem here…

Hi Walter, my understanding if we enable the new Mac OS api (how to guide here - https://help.dropbox.com/installs/macos-for-teams ) it will fix the problem? The dropbox article notes: Your device must be running macOS 12.5 or later to use Dropbox for macOS on File Provider. However, using macOS 13+ is strongly…

From - https://help.dropbox.com/installs/macos-for-teams Your device must be running macOS 12.5 or later to use Dropbox for macOS on File Provider. However, using macOS 13+ is strongly recommended. What if not every computer on your company teams is running MacOS 13+ ??

This is a great article to help - https://help.dropbox.com/installs/macos-for-teams But what if not all of your team are running macOS 12.5 or later?

not sure why a dropbox link would be removed from a dropbox forum. Hopefully you can see the screen recording. Else I've attached a screenshot

Hi Nancy, Yes correct, on the desktop application. I've done a screen recording of the process. I do this 5 to 10 times a day and until recently, was able to comp the dropbox link once the file started syncing. Now it does not work until is completed syncing. Screen recoding - link removed. Thanks for you help.

When you right click on a file that's uploading to 'Copy Dropbox Link' it used to work. It worked for years. Now getting Couldn't Copy Link /path/not_found/. I know it wasn't a problem in the past as I very often upload video screen recordings and send the link to people. Any idea why this not longer works?
