Thanks for quick reply Walter. Yes I'm pretty sure I'm looking at the correct account. I'm paying monthly bill for this account. I tried multiple times with different browsers(Chrome, Edge, Safari, Dropbox App) and I still don't receive the code.

I couldn't log in to the original account so I made a new one to ask the community. I formatted my laptop and reinstalled dropbox, I was asked to type in the 6 digit code. I'm not receiving the 6-digit verification code via e-mail. I've tried "Send a new code" several times and tried everything you guys posted on help…
