I think thats the problem I dont even see the folder in my shared tab. So I guess the person only send me the link to the shared folder but didnt really shared it with me?

What I meant was that I couldnt join the folder in the first place. I got sent a link to the shared folder and pressed on join folder but everytime I tried I got this one error. I tried clearing cache and removing browser extensions. I now asked the owner to look at it from their part. Could it have something to do with…
