Thanks for the feedback- can you confirm that you are logging into the same Dropbox account as the account mentioned in the email? Sometimes users have multiple accounts and may be logging into a different account than the one flagged for overquota.

All Basic users start with 2 GB of quota by default. Users may earn additional quota, for example, via our Referral program: https://www.dropbox.com/refer. Based on your screenshot, 5.75 GB is the actual amount of quota you have.

Agreed with Mark. Note that you must be under the quota amount after your trial expires. So you must be under the quota amount for a Basic user, plus whatever additional referral or additional quota space you may have earned.
