Solved the problem! Rebooted my computer and that did the trick. Why so hard to remember the most obvious solutions?

Thank you Hannah, It is on the dropbox website access. I log in and go to my files. https://www.dropbox.com/home/... If I select a file with check off box I can see the small thumbnail. When I click on the image for a larger view, I receive message that I am offline. See screen shots. This is happening with all files.…
