My friend referred me to Dropbox on a new laptop but I didn't get the referral bonus. Only says referral ineligible. Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi Hannah, Thanks for your suggestion. However, the laptop is new. The referrer lives a city away so I'm not sure why it was tagged ineligible.
