Thank you, Jay, I will!

Thank you, Walter. Selecting all files returns the number of files, I didn't know that! As relates the missing file: No, nothing in events. I might doubt whether I had accidentally deleted that file (unlikely) but right now I was searching for another .doc file (a different folder) and realized that: From my iPhone: I…

Hi and sorry for the delay in replying. No. Nowhere. The only proof that the doc "exists" is that it is in my Mac's hard disk (and everything therein is systematically uploaded manually to DB). Even more, since that doc exists (2010), I have uploaded the whole Mac's folder more than once. As I said in my very first…

Thank you, Nancy. No, I cannot see the doc in my desktop version either. Cache cleared through my iPhone. Closed/reopened and still the same. Closed desktop DB tab, opened again, and same result yet.
-
Thank you, Nancy. I attach a screenshot when selecting the Document type file option -the same, that particular doc isn't there. Oops, it reads Dismiss when I try to upload it… "the file, as it normally appears in your folder (if you can manually find it on your iPhone by scrolling)." No, on my iPhone it does NOT appear…

Thank you. Weird because I searched in other folders and it does show also .doc and .docx. I tried to find that specific file in "all folders" with same result. Still I insist: can't one do a search without selecting only one file type?

I just dug in the customization option and I saw this in the Preview tab.
-
Thanks, I'll try that!
-
PD Same happens with any file type.
-
Attached. Note down right how size "is" 0. Number 1 is before opening the file. In number 2 you can already see the size, after opening and closing the file. This never happened before and I use it daily. Thank you.
-
It is. Otherwise I could not see the preview -once it has been opened.
-
Yes. Same.
-
Hello and thanks for replying. However, nothing happens afer double-clicking the update .dmg...
-
Right. Which never happened until now. Just by clicking on their name I could see for instance their size, which I needed in order to know whether I wish to reduce it (which I do several times a day). Now I first must open, see size, reduce (or not), and close. Really cumbersome.
-
Same here but NO file types at all in DB "only online". I need to open them, close, and thereafter preview works. ?...
-
Thanks, clarified. I was puzzled by the "space" concept. Yes, I knew about the online/offline settings. I will let you know.
-
Thank you. Does "take space" mean that they will be sync'd on my laptop as offline?? What does this have to do?
-
I never deleted any of these folders, neither temporarily. Will it be a problem if I clic on Rejoin?
-
Yes, I can rejoin. But I do not understand what it means that I have not added it to my account. All folders have been added from my account...

Hi and thanks a lot. The "this page" link leads me to my own shared folders site! (No te has unido a esta carpeta = You have not joined this folder... and, again, I am the folder's owner and admin...)
