Hello, sorry to hijack the thread , I am also having this issue and I am unable to upgrade my plan. I had 2TB plan now downgraded to 2GB basic plan. I am unable to upgrade either yearly or monthly plan. (I would prefer monthly) I generally use PayPal for sub, but I am unable to select India as a country for billing.…
