hi hannah thanks for your response, so it says the syncing is up to date, however when i do save a file into a folder it shows in the folder for my but not my work colleague

does' anyone have any syncing issues with dropbox, i am part of a group with 3 members whenever one of the members saves a file i can see it and it uploads correctly, however when i try to save and upload a file to a certain folder it doesn't load or sync up on anyone else's computer i have tried deleting, reinstalling…
