Hi Dicta, Thanks for reporting this issue. I have followed up with developers who are investigating further and will let you know when we have more information.

Hi jraymonds, Dropbox is no longer offering the option for creating new long-lived access tokens. Dropbox is switching to only issuing short-lived access tokens (and optional refresh tokens) instead of long-lived access tokens. You can find more information on this migration here. Apps can still get long-term access by…

I was able to reproduce the error on my device, so given that the Chooser page works on your device, it does appear to be something with how the website is set up. Could some other script you have loaded be interfering with how the Chooser determines if it is running on supported browsers? You might try removing in…

Hello, Does the response include any other information than the code? There is likely an error message returned which should explain what the issue is. Scott

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing strange behaviors with webhooks. Have you tried using a cursor for all file changes, in case there are changes happening outside the folder? The system that underlies webhooks errs on the side of notifying too much, rather than too little. You may get redundant or delayed events…

Hi, I was not able to reproduce this issue on an iPad testing device. I navigated to the Chooser page and clicked the chooser button on Chrome on iOS and it was able to open. Can you share: * The version of iOS you are running, * The version of the Chrome Browser you are running, and * Whether you are seeing this issue on…

Hi, I believe the endpoint you're looking for is sharing/list_received_files? Scott

In addition to your application, please let us know: * Are you still experiencing this issue? * Do the same requests made repeatedly sometimes fail? Or are there particular requests that…

Hi martinweiss, The SDK should work on AWS; we don't explicitly test against it but it should work. Based on the steps you described, the SDK may not be installed in the directory that you are uploading. You may want to refer to AWS's steps for "Deployment package with dependencies" located here. Hope this helps! Scott

Hi Caligari, It sounds like your app has "App folder" access. To access all files and folders a user has access to, including through the search endpoint, your app needs "Full Dropbox" access. Scott

Hi @"giovaniluigi", Dropbox is in the process of switching to only issuing short-lived access tokens (and optional refresh tokens) instead of long-lived access tokens. You can find more information on this migration here. It seems though more at issue is the exchange a code for a token. If I understand correctly, all codes…

Hi Paul, Thanks for bearing with us as we've been migrating to short-lived tokens! One thing that might help, you mentioned you've made some attempts at updating your code to use short-lived tokens. If you have a pull-request or some work done you can post here, we can take a look and might be able to provide more specific…

Hi @"lalomores", It sounds like your application needs to have indefinite access to only your account and no other account. For that, you should generate a refresh token and use that to create an access token as needed. For more information getting a refresh token, see the /oauth2/token documentation. Refresh tokens can be…

Hi Donald, hopping on the thread here. We did have some hiccups last night with the file saving system, and it's been resolved. Could you try again and let us know how it goes? Thanks!
