Thanks for your fast reply! I am opening the PDF File -> Edit/Sign (Bearbeiten / Unterzeichnen) -> Sign (Unterzeichnen) -> You (Ihnen) -> and then I can draw my sign. I am not quite sure how the buttons are labelled in English, that's why I wrote how it shows at my IPhone in German as well.
