Did you upgrade to a paid account on a mobile device, i.e. through Apple's App store or Google Play? If so, you need to manage your subscription through the store you subscribed in. Otherwise, contact Support and they'll assist with canceling your account. If you just want to downgrade, you could just try the Downgrade…

The options available are to either download the entire folder or each file individually. There is no way to select multiple files within a folder that was shared using a link.

And Thunderbird supports IMAP configurations, which allows your local client to read messages and the current state of your threads directly from the server. Configure each computer to use IMAP and they'll all read the current state of your mail account directly, with no need to sync data across another service. Read a…

I think your deciding factor will be that you can't buy a single license on a business account. It's minimum three, so you'll be paying for two licenses that you aren't using. If Smart Sync is your main requirement, just go with Professional.

Mark is 100% correct regarding this. Dropbox has and continues to remove space from accounts where referrals are suspicious in nature. The referral system is intended for one person to refer another. Using it to gain extra space by referring yourself goes against its intended use. At a minimum you can have your space…

You won't find a site that supports viewing an .EXE file online. That's an executable file that needs to be downloaded and run on the local computer. Also, it will likely be limited to Windows computers only. In order to host something like that online, and make it as compatible as possible, you'll want to find a web-based…

These would be desktop notifications, and depending on your operating system, they may not be persistent. That means if you're not at your computer to see the notification arrive, you would miss it. That's how it is on Windows 7. On Windows 10, if you have notifications enabled, the notifications will persist in the Action…

Dropbox doesn't have a feature to find duplicate files. You'll need to use a third-party utility and run it against the Dropbox folder on your computer, assuming you're syncing all of your files to your computer.

Likely because you're trying to preview a file that doesn't exist on your computer. When you set a file to Online Only, the only thing that's left of that file on your computer is the necessary information to make it appear in the folder. Since there's no content in the file, your OS (nor any other program) is able to…
