The options available are to either download the entire folder or each file individually. There is no way to select multiple files within a folder that was shared using a link.

I think your deciding factor will be that you can't buy a single license on a business account. It's minimum three, so you'll be paying for two licenses that you aren't using. If Smart Sync is your main requirement, just go with Professional.
