I have found that if I pause sync for thirty mins , the problem goes away and my files go back to syncing with no problem

I am constantly getting this error message, i do not know which file or files it is referring to. please hekp Dropbox message Sync Status - These files are online only. To open them, first move them into your dropbox folder
