  • Has anyone found an answer yet? I have the same problem and I see so far 9,180 people have viewed the opening post on this so it is obviously a ****** problem. Tried using the Dropbox online chatbot but that is a total waste of time. Can't find any way to actually ask a human at Dropbox for advice.
