Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The checkmarks are in the main folder. My frustration yesterday was that the marks were not appearing, but I seem to have solved that issue by clicking on "make available offline". (Incidentally, it would be nice if that option were greyed out once a folder has in fact been made…

So is there a good way to use regular Dropbox (even with a paid plan) for a data room for a business transaction? Or do I need to sign up for your DocSend VDR plan? Does your VDR address these issues: 1. I don't want each party considering the transaction to see the names of the others 2. I want to keep track of who is…

To be honest, I don't recall exactly what went wrong - I remember putting in an email address but the page didn't show me a button to press to send, Probably just me being lame! But since there was a "copy link" button, I just used that instead without realizing the difference. And since in fact I don't want different…

Ah, got it. I tried inviting them as a member but it wouldn't go through. So if they use the link, is there any way for me to see that they are in fact accessing the folder? Thanks

Sorry to push this again after so long but I'm confused. I shared a folder with my business partner - his name (avatar) shows as one of the members. I then invited a couple of clients by sending them the link, and they tell me they have access but their avatars don't show up and when I click on "see all members" it doesn't…

Sorry, knew there had to be a simple way! Thanks

And Firefox?

I'm having the same issue in Firefox as a few weeks ago - asking for access, solved by clearing cache. It's nice to know there's a solution (for me, hopefully others) but kinda annoying to have to do and would be better if this problem hadn't suddenly started cropping up. No real solutions in sight?

So today: 1. After clearing cache, everything is fine in Firefox; 2. Chrome works fine in incognito mode, but in regular mode it keeps giving me a google sign-in page (even after clearing cache). I don't really use Chrome much so I can live with this. I hope other users find a solution so easily. Thanks!

Same here. Firefox gives me a link to click on to approve access, then gives me another link that does nothing. Chrome asks me to sign in with my Goodle account over and over again. Seems like something happened, either with Google or Dropbox, over the last few days, I wasn't javing this issue last week.
