Thanks to Mark, Hannah and Jay — apparently the Dropbox didn't get fully installed from way back when Mark suggested to re-install. So it finished, and I got a pop-up that said Dropbox was not syncing because I was out of storage (I thought the File Explorer storage count was Dropbox). I deleted and moved a lot and voila!…

I have a lot of folders in Dropbox - if I uninstall, will they be deleted?

I did reinstall it from the link, and there was an icon while it was reinstalling, but when it completed the icon disappeared. When I click on the Windows start icon, the Dropbox icon is there, but I can't drag and drop it to the task bar. I tried to "pin it to Quick Access" but that didn't work either.

The Dropbox icon doesn't show up on my status bar either.
