@"Megan" I'm loyalty Dropbox user for more than 10 years and after all these years I'm getting the notification that my files will be deleted after 2 months ???? Cmon ! 😡😡😡

how many times I need to write the same things again and again ? I wrote earlier about the location: /Users/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox
-
@"Walter" I wrote already, 187.3.5526
-
@"Walter" Ventura 13.6.1 + dropbox 187.3.5526. Yes, I know that that one is beta build but my problem is continuing during a few mounts on different app builds status - "your files are up to date"
-

@"Hannah" Dropbox app won't make the selected files offline if I'm making the right-click and "make available offline". It starts to sync and stops after 5 sec. But this is a random case. I mean some files it could make offline (as I need) in the current session, but next time it could be not to do this if I made them…

Dropbox works more and more stupid on Mac OS Ventura... 1. Dropbox menu from Mac OS sidebar has complete disappeared suddenly and won't to appear there even when I've trying to activate and deactivate it in Finder settings. But after restart all looks like it should be. 2. Last 2-3 days using Dropbox I've noticed (the 1st…

hi, @"battiman" Support advised simply to make the folders "offline" or to read this article (https://help.dropbox.com/sync/online-only-mac). And nothing about new file management system etc. Cool, isn't? 😆 I really need to see the folders size and without this feature it will affect my work and business too ! 😡
-
hi, @"Jay" ) I've contacted to support and maximum which they could provide is...to read this article https://help.dropbox.com/sync/online-only-mac. Now to see the folders size I simply need to...make them offline. 🤣 C'MON !!! REALLY??? 😡
-
@"Hannah" yes, after syncing them. But I'm asking not about the FILES, but about THE FOLDERS size.
-
Hello and thanks, @"Hannah" for reply) 1. I have Dropbox 171.3.6135 installed with sync status "up to date" 2. I attached a screenshot with the icons view (for the files in offline and in online mode)
-
yes, I CAN see the size of the files inside the folders, but I could see the size of the folders itself before EVEN they were in online mode only. 😕
-
no, it's happened since I have installed Mac OS Ventura (2 days ago) and accepted beta test of this s**t...https://help.dropbox.com/en-en/installs/macos-support-for-expected-changes 😬
-
on Mac OS Ventura now I can't see the size of the folders in Finder. All the folders have ZERO bytes. And this is the 1st time I got this bug using Dropbox for years ! WTF??

the app icon on Mac is grey like it's working offline. But sync is OK.
