  • Hi Nancy, I have the same issue. But when I follow the steps and tap on Excel on web, it doesn't take me to Excel, but to a Dropbox page that offers only opening the file in Dropbox ("Get App", or "Have the app? Open file"). This is Chrome on tablet. On laptop everything works fine. Thanks for your help
