Another update: uninstalling and reinstalling fixed everything, so not really sure what the issue was here. Syncing now working perfectly again.

Hi Jay, Yes, that definitely makes sense as this would be a monthly whole-disk image that can chug along for 2-3 days while the other files get processed first. As said, all fine now, so I'll keep an eye on this the next time the image is done in a month. Cheers, Ed
