Has your account been deleted due to inactivity @"796973635" ? If so its not recoverable I'm afraid.
-
Dropbox is a sync' tool so everything is downloaded and stored locally on each computer unless you state otherwise. So, although you've uninstalled the software etc. all that does is stop syncing it does not remove the files from the computer. So, now that you have uninstalled you can delete the files as you would any…
-
Dropbox doesnt add that to links so it sounds to me like some third party is doing it (maybe the forum software?).
-
What is also worth noting here, however, is that when you share it the other person can rename and move it anywhere they like (as long as it isnt in to another share) without you knowing
-
Hi @"stacimalloy" I assume you mean a folder and not file? If so no, the only way to change this is to actually set up, share and create a whole new folder.
-
Send the links of the files to abuse@dropbox.com
-
Personally... I'd still not be doing it - Outlook at Dropbox (in fact any cloud solution dont play well)! Dropbox actually only syncs the 4mb changes of a file, but, as Outlook probably updates huge chunks just being opened it has to resync all of those 4mb blocks.
-
Simply put... dont put them in Dropbox or get a faster internet connection. In fact I cannot strongly recommend enough that you do NOT sync your Outlook folder in Dropbox - there is a very real and high risk of data corruption. Outlook doesnt like other programs accessing its data files while its open so if Dropbox tries…

Have a look at https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-tips-tricks/I-lost-access-to-my-email-address-how-do-I-sign-in-to-my-Dropbox/td-p/512928 for some help

Hi @"ahmed maher" No. As @"Rich" said this information simply isnt stored. It is not possible to get it. Even if you upgraded now the storing of information would only start from today.
-
What is www.dropbox.com/referral_status showing?
-
The issue here is that you are using Dropbox... sorry but it isnt a web hosting platform. Simply put, its blocking the files. You need to use a correct web host suitable for the job I'm afraid.

@"mariagarc" www.dropbox.com/gs www.dropbox.com/plans
-
@"txmamash" Dropbox never has claimed or offered any sort of protection against viruses and malware - after all they are stored on your device identically to every other single file and so just as much at risk as every other single one. This is where iCloud is different - they are NOT on your device - just a link to them.…
-
Hi @"Riky92" Thats correct as per the information given as the marked solution.
-
Your account has not been hacked - your account has been disabled (aka closed) by Dropbox due to a breach of the terms and conditions.
-
Have you completed all of the requirements of the course? www.dropbox.com/gs is usually one
-
Do you mean you permanently deleted them? If so, you cant, sorry, they are permanently deleted.
-
The only people who can help are Dropbox support who you've contacted. Unfortunately it seems like, for whatever reason they've deemed you in breach of the T&C's and removed your account. Sadly nobody here can help - the only people who can is support. But, they may not restore it - and it sounds like that may be the case…

@"offer" You cannot receive 100gb - your device is not eligible for the promotion. If you want to get the 100gb of space you need to purchase a brand new device, not a refurbished one.
-
@"offer" - refurbished devices are explicitly excluded from the promotion as per the terms listed on page one.
-
How are you currently paying for Dropbox @"sahilgoyal" ? You can only upgrade if you are paying Dropbox direct and not using a third party such as the Apple or Google Play stores.
-
You are going to need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for assistance I'm afraid.
-
Are these files directly in the Dropbox folder @"ElToro1966" and not symlinked etc. to elsewhere?
-
Are you still able to receive emails to the old address? If not I'm afraid you cannot recover it
-
Almost certainly - just because the email says its from that doesnt mean it is. What url (mouse over it) is it asking you to click on? You can also forward the email to abuse@dropbox.com
-
No, the account is totally lost without those codes or the backup ones. It is not possible to get in without either.
-
Unless your phone was set up as a backup on the account, no, I'm afraid not. The Authenticator App does not link to phone numbers so unless you explicitly added your number to Dropbox it wont know it.
-
I'm afraid that without either the phone and the codes OR your backup codes the account is lost. Are you logged in anywhere already? That will help you download everything to set up a new account. Simply put you told Dropbox to only allow people in who had one of those two things - you now dont have them so it cannot let…
-
Without access to the email account there is no way to log on I'm afraid.
