v 258.4.3749 for W11 and W10 machines.

FYI my IT Consultant has done the advanced reinstall on both machines several times. He was able to find a setting the did fix the problem but did not hold. Because this is happening on two separate computers I believe it to be a Dropbox issue, not a local problem,

Thank you for jumping in, much appreciated. At the moment the W11 machine reads 'Up to date', the same for the W10 machine. This morning around 9am I had to reinstall on each. that will last for a day or so and the randomly fail again. This had been ongoing for months.
