Not working here .. when I add a file to a DP folder is briefly shows up in the current file list and then disappears, or it doesn't show at all. Win 11 with DP 254.4.2518 (correction re second point .. shows up eventually .. but way slower than before)

I uninstalled and reinstalled as part of my initial troubleshooting two days ago, didn't help. (Win 11 - see my report upstream).

"Your files are up to date" not showing recent files or changes. This is from the popup when clicking the dropbox icon on the Win 11 status bar. It shows only changes from yesterday and older. When I add or delete something to dropbox, the change happens in the filesystem and the icon briefly shows the blue circular update…

Right you are! It sound exactly like my problem. I'll post a note there that this is also happening under Windows since they were posting about Mac. Not sure if these threads can be merged - I appreciate your help.
